They like fresh grades, every new intake mostly fresh, after confirmation no salary adjustment
The good thingsFree parking free parking free parking
The challengesMultitasking is just small case, the worst is doing very task beyond the scope JD with the reason “lacking of manpower” Using such reason over few years, but when looking at the yearly manpower forecast, it mentions still the same amount of manpower Meaning staff work at here just suitable for survival or for retirement life, but not for improvement, growth or future

Leadership and service quality need major improvement.
The good thingsFree parking available on higher floors with subsidized lunch provided
The challengesThe top management team lacks proactive leadership and practical involvement. Insufficient doctor coverage and inconsistent nursing service have affected patient satisfaction, leading many to seek care at other hospitals.

push here push there push everywhere
The good thingsAt this job, the people in charge don't do a good job managing and don't treat their employees well. Teamwork is practically non-existent within the team and between different departments. Everyone else is just pushed around. If you want to do well here, it seems like you need to be in a high-ranking position.
The challengesIn this workplace, there is a notable lack of effective management and superiors who fail to provide adequate support, respect, and appreciation for their subordinates. Both within the same team and across different departments, there is a noticeable absence of cooperation and teamwork. The work environment appears to prioritize a hierarchical system that emphasizes job delegation from the top down. If you want to survive, make sure you are standing on the top!

Operate without a clear sense of direction or specific objectives.
The good thingsThe staff operates without clear direction, guidance, or support. They work without a clear sense of purpose, as the senior managers and top-level seem inactive and uninvolved, despite receiving substantial salaries, with little evident action or strategic planning.

Best reward is by giving more work with less time to complete it, and low chances of promotion.
The good thingsFree overtime work in the name of commitment and responsibilities.
The challengesDon't expect your good work to be appreciated, and if you do get it, means additional work with no other recognition.

Better place to gain more experiences.
The good thingsI can gain more experiences and good training given to all staffs. I able to learn more things out from my job description which help me to groom myself in future. I feel more confident now because I able to take more challenges and more tasks. This is because i’m Be train to do so.
The challengesThe challenges are everyday facing new people and learning new things. Eventhough it’s challenging but it’s very good platform to learn or prepare ourself to face more and more challenges in future. Thus this company should required more training to staff in order an individual staff growth more in exact and every skills.
