Not worth the mental exhaustion

The good thingsGood colleagues, small volume of students.

The challenges- High expectations but lack of support from the school itself - Some of the kids are very rude, so they expect teachers to automatically know how to handle them - School always give last minute notices to staff, including holiday notices, so staff cannot plan their holidays/appointments as accordingly. - Highly unprofessional work setting.
