    High turnover rate
The good thingsYou learn everything you can here as it is a growing company, which helps you for career progression. Big boss / owner is also nice and considerate. Also, if you need something, you don't have to go through multiple superiors because you can see the owner directly. Lunch is also subsidized so it's great, you'll never get hungry
The challengesPretty much having to do a lot of work due to high turnover. Have to take over other people's job scope and no proper handing of work is given when they leave. Owner is a business person so students are still enrolled even though they are special needs (no special needs teacher at school)

    Good place to learn
The good thingsInspiros offered lunch for full timer teachers. Besides, the students are discipline and well-taught. Overall, it's nice interactive with students and parents as well as colleagues.
The challengesInspiros is a good place to learn for doing multitask, every teacher will be talented with more than two tasks in their own job. However, due to multitasking, most of the time are tied down and stressful. Inspiros is a small school that is growing to be better, the environment seems like tuition center as it located in a shop lot. So far, no other benefits like reunion dinner, annual dinner, annual company trip and bonuses since it is a small company.
