    The good thingsworkload is low. sometimes you dont have anything to do
    The challenges-Staff should be encouraged to be welcoming and supportive to new joiners, not just on their first day. -Fresh graduates should not be expected to know everything immediately. Mistakes are part of the learning process. -HR should be more understanding and supportive instead of constantly focusing on employees’ mistakes. Confidential staff matters, whether positive or negative, should also not be shared with others as it appears unprofessional. -The working hours are from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Previously, employees worked half-day on Saturdays, but to provide staff with two full rest days each week, the Saturday working hours were redistributed across the five weekdays as part of a so-called work-life balance initiative.
