Berjayapak was established in 1984 as Syarikat Perusahaan Berjaya before being renamed Berjayapak Sdn Bhd in 1989. We have since grown from being a modest family concern to be one of the country’s leading names in the wooden pallet industry. Today, we are more than just a manufacturer of wooden pallets, having diversified to become a one-stop holistic provider of services and products for palletizing, boxing, crating, packing and recycling. Our clientele include many multinational corporations in the northern region of West Malaysia, as we have become known for our commitment and track record in providing top quality products and good value services in our field. Our products include wooden and plastic pallets, wooden crates and boxes while our services include packing, as well as transport and warehousing for the Pallet Recycling Program (PRP). For the manufacturing of pallets, we also provide heat treatment, kiln drying, fumigation and chemical treatment services which conform to international shipping requirements. In line with our firm belief in the concepts of sustainable development and environmental conservation, we have initiated a Pallet Recycling Program (PRP) under which we repair and recycle pallets to benefit both our clients and the environment. Our Company is also constantly networking with various universities and research bodies to research and develop recyclable materials for the pallet and packing industry. As a member of the National Wooden Pallet and Container Association (NWPCA) of the United States, Berjayapak is continually updated on the latest trends in the wooden pallet industry throughout the world.

Nice colleagues, too many internal issues, pay lessPositive Aspects: 1. Supportive Work Environment: I had a very good team work with the production team, sales and warehouse. The ongoing process was smooth, and everyone very supportive. I appreciated the open communication among the team. 2. Open Communication: I appreciated the open communication among the team. Managers maintain transparency and are approachable. Daily meetings and one-on-ones meeting help ensure production progress align. 3.Strong Leadership: Each department have own manager. Too many manager hire at here. Easy to approach but no meaning , no clear answer. Negative Aspects: 1. High Pressure and Tight Deadlines: One area for improvement would be the project timelines which NO LEAD TIME, which were often compressed, leading to increased stress towards the production and also may cause failed shipment. 2. Limited Resources or Equipment Issues: Materials on hand low quality and need double process , which impacted efficiency and quality. This is production need to bear, QA only checking but no feedback to management. 3. Insufficient Coordination: At times, poor communication between manager decision, led to delays, confusion, or duplicated efforts. 4. Lack of Recognition or Support: Despite the demanding nature of the work, staff feel undervalued. Increment and bonus is depend on the appraisal. There 3 times appraisal need to be done, self appraisal, peer appraisal and lastly manager appraisal. However, lastly management will decided. NO point to many appraisal to fill in. 5. Big company, but no dinner, no appreciation between the staff. 6. Remote work and Over time request: When certain roles or individuals are allowed remote work while others with similar responsibilities are not, it may lead to perceptions of bias or favoritism, which can negatively affect team morale.
