I really enjoyed the sales aspect, being young and new didn’t stop me from going all out to achieve great results in my sales. The company recognized my communication skills and even sent me to Penang as a brand representative for a health fair, which was a great experience. The HR team and upper management were also genuinely supportive and pleasant to work with

Unfortunately, theres quite a bit of internal politics and too many layers of management (branch managers, area managers, and so on)
While some were great to work with, my overall experience was affected by an intern pharmacist who was acting as the branch PIC. Certain misunderstandings led to issues being escalated to the area manager, which resulted in my probation being extended, an outcome that felt rather discouraging and unfair
