    Promote competition instead of work-life balance
    The good thingsNone that I can think of. If really need to share one, perhaps it's the location slightly nearer to my house
    The challengesSmall groups. Company focuses too much on expansion. Employees are expected to work long hour, new hire will get overwhelmed without the resources and support to adapt into the role
