Hence BIGIT was created specifically catered to all events pertaining to technology offerings and innovations to help ease the transition into the future.Moving on, our event grew bigger in scale where multiple conferences are held concurrently along with an exhibition attraction and we steered to brand our large scaled technology event as the BIGIT

    The good thingsIt was tough in the beginning going through stress and intensive training given by employers. However, given ample of patience and numerous of try-outs, employers care nothing more than the well-being of to up-skill an employee.
    The challengesThere is nothing I neever like about the company. I was given the freedom to voice out and making changes to the company environment, ideas, growth and so on.

    The good thingsIt is amazing that the mentors, especially the CEO himself, he won't expect much but rather constantly training us a reality to be entrepreneur ourselves, being an Entrepreneur within the organisation itself, never we will come across any organisation would allow the staff to grow and expand the hidden capabilities, I won't believe I could have personally such skills after I joined and learn in this organisation!
    The challengesThe organisation is fast pace enough, getting things done as expected, nevertheless, the organisation out there couldn't catch up with the pace, till disappointing enough we had to expand our outreach to international organisations.

    The good thingsI like the fact that employers took time to analyze on one's strength and weaknesses, brush us up so that we could gauge the idea and foresee our future in a better planning. Of course, we are given a flexibility to address our concern and ideas, that we could all work in a team and have problems solved together. Upbeat music all day long keeping our vibes and mood positive as possible! This is awesome!
