    Awesome company to work for
    The good things- Excellent work life balance - Appraisal based on performance and will definitely notice your effort and results - A little appreciation goes a long way. You will be appreciated where it is due. I’m stressing on this because there are so many managers I’ve heard about that don’t give a rats backside about you but just the work that needs to be done. It’s not like that here. - Its a lot like a group of people who’ve come together and works like friends
    The challengesThere is room for improvement in coordination between the teams in Malaysia and other locations. The time zone is having a big difference but still it doesn’t mean coordination should suffer.
