    I have been working in this company since intern and have been given trust to handle various type of project after my second year in the company. The best part for me is they've given me trust to cooperate with technical team and sales team for me to demo the software to the client. And that's where i learn the most.

    The good thingsGood to have colleague that is very helpful and motivate you along the way
    The challengesThe major concern in this organisation is there are no adequate proper training to all new employees which is crucial specially when company wanted to adopt new brand/software. Managerial level personnel tend to micro manage everything. Management tend to delayed probation status without informing WHY to the employees which leaves them in blur. Do be prepared to be disturbed even at 12am by your superior.
