Overall, good learning curve and you benefit with good exposure in the industry
The good thingsIt is a very good learning experience. The support you receive at Biocare is great in terms of product knowledge and market study. The private hospital team which I have worked with is a great team with helpful colleagues. The Private Hospital Manager is a great manager who is very capable of leading the team to greater heights with his good business acumen. The business development manager and GP manager are very supportive in assisting in product related inquiries. The HR manager is very approachable and will aid in HR related matters. Overall a great experience working here and as I have mentioned earlied, the knowledge and experience gained is valuable.
The challengesGeneric products are dificult to thrive in the private market but with the right approach, it is possible.
