    Bispoint Group provides comprehensive business and financial solutions for small & medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). We provide specialized services with a focus on taxation and business advisory.While the firm has relatively short history, all our members have more than 10 years of experience in their respective specializations. Founding of Bispoint Group is essentially an initiative to restructure our portfolio of services and manpower to serve our clients better.Currently, we have close to 100 dedicated staff including Chartered Accountants, managers, supervisors and junior associates in our offices to serve more than 2000 private companies.

    Toxic environment and high turnover
    The good thingsThe bonus is high compared to other firms due to very high KPI set (can go up x8 months bonus if hit KPI) Even though Bispoint is small firm, the higher management are quite experienced in handling tax audit and tax investigation if compared to other tax firms.
    The challenges- KPI target is not logic, only people who worked like robot can hit target. - Workload is heavy, no sufficient staff to handle due to high turnover rate - Don't get excited when you get hired. Bispoint job vacancy is always open whole year...(unlike other good firm only got vacancy during certain period) they never stop hiring, not because they are growing. During interview, manager might lie to you saying their side are expanding, so need to hire more staff, but in fact "Nahhh!" This means there're many leftover rubbish you need to clear when you enter, because no one can cope with the stressed workload and toxic management. - KPI is based on billing, but your own billing can be taken by your superior (i see someone junior do OT until late night, then her billing goes 100% to her superior - The company laptop are slow, and tax software is own-developed with super outdated functions, server is super slow
