    The good things-Relax and chill working environment -MNC company
    The challenges-Management is incapable of fully understanding the situation and would come to a quick decision that concludes your skills and abilities based on hearsay. -Seniors who lack leadership skills and fail to provide reliable guidance. They prefer to let you try and fail, and then once one fails, they only come and take control of the situation. This usually ended with the seniors taking full credit and neglecting one's efforts.

    The good thingsSalary release punctually every month end. No control on OT (you always earn extra allowance if you want to) Friendly yet feel free to talk environment
    The challenges-OT Claim without validation on the works you done, just simply stay and go back later, you can claim ot already. -The system fails to work and always caused the works here always become urgent yet escalated by customer side. -Performance Review done based on the talking and saying by colleagues (without proper face to face meeting or discussion). -Low increment rate and low basic. -Bonus do not distribute equally among departments. This was distributed based on HOD's feeling. Not based on works/job done

    Good or Bad depends on the Department Manager
    The good thingsBeen given all the flexibility to do my jobs, no scolding, no blaming, no office politics. Annual bonus is above average, and salary very vary from the positions, need to always nego with the managers.
    The challengesVery depending on the department, some departments have a good manager so very good culture, some other department is in another way. The company is expending very fast in recent years so they might have missed out how to improve the employee welfare too.

As staff need to always standby change by the management even through the idea already send out by black and white email .     The good thingsNot a lot of politics between worker. Friendly colleague, a lot of learning opportunity, great company for fresh graduate, lofty bonus (depend on performance)
    The challengesExpending company but the management culture is similar to small company. Over micro managing, use performance (bonus) to force worker to OT, management love to maneuver man power rather than solve the root of problem. Bosses who only look at mistake and not achievement, only punishment not encouragement. Small chances of promotion

    The good thingsNothing much others than their annual bonus and vending machine.
    The challengesWith micromanagement methodology, they will trace and track their employees by CCTV. It's definitely no privacy at this company (Unless at Toilet). Besides, higher management with poor management method and cause a lot of people resign from their position. Hence, it cause a lot of Sales, HR, Engineer to work as a operator at production line

    The good thingsBenefits are considered good for such local company. Might be a good head start for fresh grad but not for long term employment.
    The challengesNo proper training provided. Seniors like to teach halfway and expect you to understand and do correctly, especially to newcomers. Position gap is too obvious. No teamwork. The work flow is pending too slow and most of the job procedures are too manual. Limited career advancement.
