    Management bad because too politic
    The good thingsGood if u good ‘bodek’ superior.ur salary ok, ur increasement ok and bonus also ok eventhrough you not do job ok.
    The challengesPolitic system(if u good with superior, u can get more benefit). Superior also not good in manage their subordinate.

    Great for fresh graduate not for long term
    The good thingsNot a lot of politics between worker. Friendly colleague, a lot of learning opportunity, great company for fresh graduate, lofty bonus (depend on performance)
    The challengesExpending company but the management culture is similar to small company. Over micro managing, use performance (bonus) to force worker to OT, management love to maneuver man power rather than solve the root of problem. Bosses who only look at mistake and not achievement, only punishment not encouragement. Small chances of promotion
