    The Worst Company EVER
The good thingsThere is nothing. NONE
The challengesPoor management. Should've known that something wrong with this company when they ask me to start before giving me the offer letter (I waited for almost one month just for the offer letter) There is no proper onboarding. No proper training. Everything is so unprofessional. You need to settle all the backlog before eod (even the seniors stay late until 8/9 almost every day. there is no ot for this)

The good thingsflexibility. nothing more than that
The challengesUnclear direction from top management. Always changing mind. You build today and completed then tomorrow discard

Half-day training, toxic culture, no guidance—fresh grads, escape while you can.
The good thingsSalary? Looks decent on paper, but the stress you endure cancels out any benefit. So… not really a pro. Experience? You’ll get “experience,” sure — but not the kind that benefits your career. More like trauma you didn’t ask for. Career Growth? None. Absolutely none. You won’t even get a confirmation letter. So again — not a real pro. Training? Half a day. Zero handouts. Zero SOP. If this is a “pro,” then a brick is a pillow. Support from Team Leads or HR? Only during the honeymoon period. After that, you’re on your own. So yeah… not a benefit. Work Environment? Noisy boss, toxic culture, daily SOP chaos. Not a single positive thing to gain from it. Job Security? Terminated for asking about your probation status. Definitely NOT a pro. Company Direction? Changes every day. Zero clarity. Zero advantage to you. Also not a benefit. Mental Health? If anything, it drains you. So… negative benefit. Overall? No real pros. No real benefits. Nothing here actually helps you or your career.
The challengesBjak: The Corporate Horror Story Half-day training, no SOP, and KPI expected on Day 1. SOPs change daily, HR only hunts mistakes, and probation ends with warnings or termination for asking about your status. Management micromanages chaos, bosses scream on calls, and team leads switch from friendly to toxic. HR’s “advice”? “If it looks like a scam, why stay?” Stress, confusion, and toxicity are guaranteed—fresh grads, run before your sanity doesn’t survive the first week.

In my third month of working, they forced almost 10-13 of my colleagues to resign. Yes, they were asked to resign, and some are already fighting their case at Jabatan Buruh. For a more genuine review, visit this company's Glassdoor page.
The good thingsNothing good happened here.
    The challengesPoor and stubborn management.

    Unprofessional Hiring
    The good thingsShortlisted by them,
The challengesUnprofessional on hiring, they literally whatsapp, the reply is very late, went for an interview where they explain the role and everything, but then ghost you. Imagine on the interview stage, they treat you like you have no value, what would it be if working with them. The hiring process also very very unprofessional

    Save me in this covid19
The good thingsI am so happy I find this company during covid 19 and get a job. College are so friendly. Although weekend need to work, but I know I can deal with it. Been with it for three months.
The challengesI need to rush for SLA. The team leader keep chasing me.
