Full of empty promises. Management constantly takes advantage of employees' efforts. We're expected to work on weekends and public holidays, and even on our days off we're required to respond immediately to our bosses and often have to report back to the office. I've witnessed countless colleagues suffer severe burnout, depression and even hospitalization due to the relentless demands. Obvious authoritative and unfair treatment. The upper management would often flood newcomers, younger staff, and the public with appreciation and extravagant giveaways. But long-term employees, even after years of service, see no salary increases.
