The challengesThere are a lot of red flags in this company. Recently there was just a mass retrenchment and the upper management is not being transparent about the truth. We were told the HQ closed because of financial difficulties but this is very contradicting.
Despite claiming financial struggles, upper management have been aggressively recruiting fresh grad Management Trainees at salaries much higher than full time employees.
