    A very good place for those who familiar with Bosch and a very challenging place for those who not familiar with Bosch.
    The good thingsThe life is good in Bosch if only not related to job matters.
    The challengesNo SOP documentation able to refer; meaning not friendly to new hired person as no documentation support to cover when there is something you need to follow to complete a task. A lot of grey areas and very depends on your supervisor expectations instead of having a standard procedures... For my experience in Bosch is having a lot of challenges from my supervisor instead of leading the way when required to complete a task.

    The challengesChallenges include managing diverse personalities, as individuals may exhibit different attitudes, and some tend to cc everyone in their email. However, overall, the challenges are not overly significant.

    The good thingsGood place to learn many things, many travel possibilities pre-covid depending on job scope, many trainings for non technical related.
    The challengesTremendous stress with zero tolerances for work life balance, -superiors and supervisors that don't respect after hours or weekends..... -low salaries and low increments -very poor dental -promotions are totally non-existent unless you plan to be a boot licker -very very poor career progression or change possibility as dept prefer to keep at the same job for many years despite many promises in annual review -very bureaucratic in working style -will spend money for office appliances, tools, fancy office furniture but not for employee benefits -claims are very tedious & very time consuming

    The good thingsThanks to all the Process Engineers, Failure Analysis and Technicians of Robert Bosch Power Tools Sdn Bhd, who have taught me and their willingness to share their knowledge and experiences during my internship.
    The challengesDue to the Covid-19 pandemic that has led to the loss of lives, it is mandatory to sanitize frequently every day and always wear a face mask. All employees are also required to get their body temperature scanned at the plant entrance and social distance by staying at least one meter apart from everyone.
