Poor working environment......The good thingsGood place to learn many things, many travel possibilities pre-covid depending on job scope, many trainings for non technical related.
The challengesTremendous stress with zero tolerances for work life balance,
-superiors and supervisors that don't respect after hours or weekends.....
-low salaries and low increments
-very poor dental
-promotions are totally non-existent unless you plan to be a boot licker
-very very poor career progression or change possibility as dept prefer to keep at the same job for many years despite many promises in annual review
-very bureaucratic in working style
-will spend money for office appliances, tools, fancy office furniture but not for employee benefits
-claims are very tedious & very time consuming
