With the long-term forecasts for growth of semiconductor component quantities, coupled with the front-end production in Bosch’s Dresden facility in Germany, capacity expansion is required for the back-end production, which is the final testing phase of semiconductors and sensors. PgP5 will primarily focus on the final testing of components manufactured at Bosch Automotive Electronics’ fab in Dresden, Germany. A very good place for those who familiar with Bosch and a very challenging place for those who not familiar with Bosch.
The good thingsThe life is good in Bosch if only not related to job matters.
The challengesNo SOP documentation able to refer; meaning not friendly to new hired person as no documentation support to cover when there is something you need to follow to complete a task.
A lot of grey areas and very depends on your supervisor expectations instead of having a standard procedures... For my experience in Bosch is having a lot of challenges from my supervisor instead of leading the way when required to complete a task.
