    The good thingsStable career, uneventful, good place to learn, good place to start for graduates. Good employee benefits, especially for woman.
    The challengesToo rigid, lots of bureaucracy, employees are more interested to stop you from doing your job rather than helping you to achieve your objectives.

    The good things- great colleagues - less fast pace environment
    The challenges- very manual, no system support - increments is very little - promotion no chance, or have to wait for many many years (their preferences is allowed the fresh candidates who join as JMP to have priority in such higher level) - scanning for in and out, so have to work almost 10 hours a day with only 55 minutes of lunch... If go out more than 55 minutes have to compensate the time back
