    The good thingsa public listed company, financial stable, else nothing good here.
    The challengesa very politic sales dept, had a bad experience with the most senior manager. each dept love to blame each other using 'ISO' requirement and not achieve the real objective of ISO compliance. sometimes the IT dept weird weird.
