    The good thingsSalary always on time. Good environment to learnt and grow your technical and sales knowledge. Colleagues are all friendly without any political back stabs. Benefits are above average for spouse. Flexible working hours. Good and approachable management.
    The challengesHaving more career path and advancement to motivate their staffs. Better monetary schemes for sales person. Management need to give more morale boost to the team to boost team spirit. No after work get together or team building sessions.
