    Anxious, stress and burn out
    The good thingsGood colleague, got vouchers, got bonus, got increment (but low)
    The challengesOld systems. Very very very manual. Overload of work to manage 190+ outlets with less than 5 people each department. Expected to do everything. Expected to do manager level jobs with executive pay. Need to work on alternate Saturday. Basic medical benefits (need to pay some), no parking if you unlucky

    The challenges1) Lack of staff. Have to do most of the work with whoever working during that time. 2) Tiring. 3) Management was bias and lack experience in arranging schedule. 4) Part time salary calculation wasn't direct. Was calculated differently. Ended up getting paid less. 5) Toxic environment.

    The good thingsGive more experience in fast food service and the restaurant operation. Also teach how to manage the restaurant when on duty, take responsibility over the restaurant problem when operation.

    I had learnt to work as a team
    The good thingsMy manager is a thoughtful man, the staffs are flexible and fun to work with, I've also learnt how to give service to a customer in a professional manner as well as dealing with problems.
    The challengesThe schedule for the break time for staff is standardised, cooperation from other staff is important too. Last but not least, improve on the attitude towards our crew as well.
