    The good thingsmy employer is a good man. he always pushes you to be your best. when he sees a great potential in you, he will not give up on you unless you given up yourself. he is a great motivator. very compromising and very appreciative. as long as you stand by him and always give full support, sincere and trust him, he will always care for you.
    The challengesthe company is good. but maybe the clients, the cases and some of the colleagues will give you some stress but still manageable. overall, if not because of my personal matter, i won't resign from the company.
