I have to be indepent to do the accounts.
The good thingsSupportive head of department that never push me, but she will ask me nicely to do the task. always give me timeline to complete the task given. Always monitor me for the task that i done. Good colleague and very nice working environment. My boss always give me opportunity to speak up for things that may improve the company.
The challengesCompany should provide more benefits for all staff not for the certain staff only. All the benefit should be fair to everyone. The increment of the salary should be based on improvement that employee done not by looking for personal matters. Thank you.
