    The good things• 6-month training program with comprehensive classroom training and on-the-job training that aimed to further improve the employability of the graduates. • Here, I was placed in the analytical and reporting division. In this department I learned a lot about excel, analyzing data and complying data report. • I also often engage in activities that the advocates by companies such as Wellness Program, Team Building and “Kursus” TNB.
    The challenges1) My challenges here is how do I analyze existing data to convert to excel with due date. I also have always been creative to draw a graph to a power point for a monthly report. 2) In addition, we are trained to participate in a company-sponsored program and conduct research as a additional assessment 3) Time to manage my work task and my work assessment. 4) I learned a lot about excel event usually I am not study about that.
