The challengesCan improve work procedure. Due to this company is a fast phase company. But Bosses aren’t from Automotive based line experience. HQ too. Only HQ and bosses having work life balance, branches don’t. Either Refurbishment Center or Logistics work plan are improper. End month chasing target yet sending dozens of new stocks at the same time. Also stock takes aren’t suppose to move stocks makes it easy to capture, still transporting stocks to branches make stock count drag till after working hours to clear due to HQ chasing for completion. Cutting off staffs to save budget, living disadvantages to branch with lack of man power to cover up high expectation of KPI set by HQ. 2 BFO left yet 1 of them are on MC for 2 months due to ACL injury. I was left alone for 2 months covering all BFO KPI without HQ or manager thinking for any back up plans. Said so will take actions, yet no actions taken. Back end or back office staff are categorize as company parasite but Sales Team are precious to them.
