    No bonus or salary increment: Despite staying loyal for 3 years and consistently delivering my responsibilities, there were no performance-based bonuses or proper salary increments. Motivation slowly faded when hard work wasn’t fairly rewarded. Toxic environment: Toxic manager ,office politics and favoritism were common, and constructive criticism was often taken personally rather than professionally. Lack of proper structure: Many internal processes were inefficient, inconsistent, or constantly changing without proper communication or training. Poor management: Decision-making felt top-down with little regard for feedback from branch-level staff. There was a lack of support, transparency, and accountability from some managers. Heavy workload, low recognition: The workload often exceeded the scope of the role, yet the extra effort rarely received acknowledgment or fair compensation.

    The challengesToxic manager and poor management. No salary increment and bonus. Low basic salary.

    The challengesslow progress ,chances for career growth is subject to managers opinion and not by actual performance of staff , lack of training and development for new staffs ,micro management.
