    Working environment, room for growth
    The good thingsNo politic, multi races working in the company, including foreign labors. Job is easy, no heavy jobs.
    The challengesNo room to grow, if you are university graduate, your job scope is limited to a \"diplomal\" level. Biggest challenge is how to you work with foreign workers. And facilities here is poor, no canteen. Need to deal with the cleanliness here.
