    A stepping stone for your future career
    The good thingsEasy to get the leaves approved without much justification. The colleagues, most are really understanding and fun. Got to learn a lot of new things as this company often involve is big projects.
    The challengesThe time frame to complete the task sometimes could be irrelevant. Sometimes the superior expect you to do some works and eventually they got all the credits. Lack of resources to get the job done but the management has made promises to client to deliver greatly without consulting the operation/on site team. Could be pressured by clients to do some dirty works; conflicting with the correct and ethical work.
