    Citigroup Transaction Services (M) Sdn Bhd (CTSM) was established in Penang as Citigroup's Regional Trade Processing Centre for Asia Pacific in 1993 supporting trade products for Citibank branches within the region. Today, it still has a large presence in Penang and is the largest trade processing center in Citigroup, providing a range of Trade Services, Cash Management Operations, Account Services and Commercial Cards.In line with our vision to provide high quality services to our customers, we pursue excellence in everything we do and therefore constantly strive to stay at the top, being aggressive, innovative and customer-oriented. We achieved the coveted and prestigious Prime Minister Quality Award (PMQA) in 2005 and many more corporate awards and recognition.As we continue to expand in support of Citigroup's Asia activities in a variety of products, we are looking for dynamic, energetic and talented people to be part of our world-class team.     Citi NEVER Sleeps
    The good thingsBenefits are fantastic. Hybrid arrangement. Food court has amazing spread of food. Easy access for lrt and mrt commuters. Super high pay for some team members.
    The challengesNO LIFE, WORK only. Expect motto 'Citi never sleeps' to be at its worst. Many Malaysians are let go and difficult to redeploy as the bosses are mainly of other nationalities. Some teams are majority of 1 nationality or race only to ensure easy communication between themselves. Most staff got high bp and insomnia even though in their early 30s.
