Our businesses are carried out in the form of project contracts, dealership sales, distributorship and after-sales service.

The good thingsForcefully to learn to became multitask no matter you are willing or not.

The challengesWorst local management team met, main office management team are just remotely to listen to the local management team's words. Super multitask, before signing confirmation letter, being asked to accept to be added on to another dept (without additional salary increment) in which the original position still on your own responsibility, if you don't agree on it, then probably confirmation also will be delay

The good thingsLearn hands on and troubleshoot, provide lunch box.

The challengesBad utilization of interns and engineer. Asking interns and engineer to do worker's job without any study to further improve the operation with reason to provide exposure on practical job. Some might called it as "cheap labour" for intern. And for engineer, career development will be limited.

Hectic Environment and Micromanagement

The good thingsAble to learn about generator and hands on, office hour production.

The challengesHectic work environment, micromanagement style, got one boss will push you to the limit but did not help much and even do not know about technical. Also, doing a documentation in the office is a sin and expecting you to be 24 hours at site while they monitor you through CCTV.
