Toxic Environment & Robotic life in office

The good thingsThe only good thing working here is that it's a work/life balance. The rest already written in below box.

The challengesI do not recommend my friends to work over here. It's always a toxic environment. Once we left, then only the management will have courtesy to ask other's if we left from there. We can't have phone with us, can't talk to people beside us, can't chat with another staff. It's like having robotic life in the office. Hoping the management to change their rules so that they would get more staff instead of many of the staff quiting the job.
