The challengesPlease pick Store Supervisor or Store Manager that could lead by example, not by ordering around Retail Sales Assistant to complete SV task - which is completely wrong and not responsible. Bossing around, ask the RA to handle customer that walked-in to the store while at the same time push the RA to do AWB (Postage), find stocks, which the SV did not do at all. Kindly reminder that the problem always come from the management itself, not the worker.
