    The good thingsFun work place, people there are friendly, my department is supportive and helpful, interesting benefit it is quite different with wider coverage and covers other options (flexi benefit), staff gets discount on vending machine stuff, free food at the pantry, free lunches on Monday.
    The challengessome of the managers and management needs to be more clearer with direction, proper SOP and written rather than just saying it

    The good thingsGood start for my first work experience. Having colleagues who are super supportive and works together very closely. The people here are really friendly and every department seem to work real well. The management are engaging with all level of employees. The benefits here are pretty good too
    The challengesI guess it has to be the unplanned changes that happens out of the blue, but thankfully when you have the right people with you, it can go real well.

    Nice company to work in, would recommend
    The good things- Really nice, supporting and sporting colleagues, a great culture here. no politics - Attractive medical allowance and flexi benefits - Fun events like townhall & sports day - Free Monday lunch
    The challenges- no proper SOP & policies, scared miscommunication or work flow distruption might happen, but so far no issues as the colleagues are trustable and easy to get along with - not much places around for lunch, always need to drive out, but colleagues always willing to take turn to drive out

    Fun & Exciting Workplace
    The good things1) Compasia is filled with energetic and vibrant co-workers and they are all fun to work with. 2) Benefits are awesome and it covers a variety of things.
    The challenges1) Workload is definitely not light, however, everyone in the team offers a hand to get things done together, which improves our teamwork abilities. 2) Lunch areas nearby are very limited and would have to drive out to grab a quick bite.

    The good things- Manager gives me the opportunity to take on and lead a lot of projects. - given the opportunity to share my thoughts and opinions. - my team and the employees from other department are truly supportive and friendly - a new industry which gives me a new sense of exposure. - employees well being are well taken care off (free lunches on Monday, discounted items on vending machine, free snacks and goodies at the pantry area, flexible benefit, etc)
    The challengesSudden change in direction at time but so far with the guidance of the managers, it helps direct us back to the right path.
