    I enjoyed working with my team but sadly with bad management and treatments given to the employees, I believe it was not worth it to spend 12hours++ day and night at this place
    The good thingsLovely and cooperative colleagues. The only best thing about coming to work is your colleagues, otherwise no good thing about this place
    The challengesOverloaded work with less workers to handle all current clients and new clients. Too long working hours with minimum wages. Very bad management and politics everywhere and I believe if this place has a better management, for sure can grow much better. No proper training and aspect you to know everything within 1week+ times and blame you for the mistake you did (but you did not train your staff properly).

    The challengesthe management knows that a lot of employees will be resigning soon but no solution from them either to find new employees or to prevent them from resigning. this situation will burden the employees that are still remain in the company when their work is doubled than usual.

    The good thingsNothing good about the management. Cover up management team. Not dare to face the problem. Like to avoid it all time. Not a professional company.
    The challengesAlways like to inform people urgent task or last minute task by email. Never ever like to use phone to call by informing people when there is very urgent task. If they call the person with fews ring tone and never pick up, they will say they call the person but couldn't reach. After that they write a email to the person at very last minute to inform.

    Good opportunity for fresh graduate
    The good thingsStaff all kind and helpful, good team and environment among staff. That's all. Dirty politics and HR department. They wont help. Hear from one side and they don't present for staff. No increment and bonus very low plus only selected person deserved. Not professional and not fair involving staff. HR don't have any experience related to Human Resource so turn out bad management. Cant easily do OT, and asking for working late hours

    The good thingsFacilities and friendly office mate.
    The challengesChange the management team. no proper guidance and training, no job description. The management should think/to review operation flow. Each department should acknowledge their responsibilities rather than push the problem to another department. The clinic should be trained to use the system in every 6mths, Suggestion: Invites the clinics to participate in operating system training organized.
