I enjoyed working with my team but sadly with bad management and treatments given to the employees, I believe it was not worth it to spend 12hours++ day and night at this placeThe good thingsLovely and cooperative colleagues. The only best thing about coming to work is your colleagues, otherwise no good thing about this place
The challengesOverloaded work with less workers to handle all current clients and new clients. Too long working hours with minimum wages. Very bad management and politics everywhere and I believe if this place has a better management, for sure can grow much better. No proper training and aspect you to know everything within 1week+ times and blame you for the mistake you did (but you did not train your staff properly).
