Run if you consider working at here Run away as far as you can
The good thingsAble breath inside Have snacks provided Have water dispenser
The challengesWorking here feels like being locked in a cage — you’re given the bare minimum and they somehow call it “benefits.” Personal items like phones and watches must be stored in lockers, and “discipline teams” roam around doing surprise checks, making you feel more like a student under strict supervision than a working adult. The atmosphere is robotic and draining, with little to no regard for your personal time or well-being. Policies change frequently without warning, always in favor of the company. Most BPO projects under Concentrix don’t even offer annual bonuses, hiding behind the excuse that “BPO isn’t entitled.” No matter how many years you dedicate, all you’ll ever get is your fixed salary. Even basic needs like parking are ignored. There’s no company parking lot — you’ll have to pay RM 10 a day to park outside, or RM 5 if you arrive before 7 a.m. Miss that window and you pay more, rain or shine, with no shelter provided. Rules feel built to drain you until you quit or get removed.

No work-life balance, unhelpful supervision, and constant pressure, every day felt like a nightmare worrying about the scorecard.
The good thingsI worked at this company for some time, and while they appear to listen to employee feedback, very little action is actually taken based on it.
The challengesLack of support from supervisors, most seem inexperienced and hesitant to address issues with clients. Almost every decision relies heavily on QA or the client, leaving employees with little autonomy. Breaks are extremely limited (just 20 minutes total per day), and everything is micromanaged, down to banning personal items like notebooks or smartwatches in the office. The environment feels robotic, with employees staring at screens for 8 hours straight. Compensation or any positive action from management usually only happens when top executives or clients are around. Taking annual leave is a struggle, and if you resign, you lose any remaining leave, no option to use it or get it paid out.

It looks like fun working environment but actually filled with toxic culture. It's not easy to get promoted if you are introvert. Promotions are for familiar faces, not for top performers. If you are out-going & bubbly person, you can move to next level faster, performance not required. My overall experience here is disappointment, high politics from agent to higher management level.
The good thingsThey organize lots of events for employees. Games, events, talks & etc.
The challengesTheir PC & network are extremely slow. IT takes their own sweet time to resolve a simple password issue (1 week).

Good Company, with great leaders, but depends on which hand you fall into.
The good thingsYou'll be recognize well if you are in a certain role or if you were to be able to achieve something out of the box.
The challengesSometimes the better ideas will not be taken into count and management would prefer things to be done their way. (Old School)

    A terrible work life balance
The good thingsSalary is good, remember that's where all the stress and your life would be at stake, and the work life balance is just for the sake of attracting people.
The challengesHealth and personal life would get affected, due to the back to back calls, meetings, handling the higher level's expectations. Most of the days, breakfast, lunch will get delayed, ended up having gastric, headaches, stress. Personal life gets affected badly. Raising it up to management, doesn't help, but only sweet talks to convince us.

Not the best place to work
The good thingsFree meal if work from office
The challengesManagement is not good. Like to micromanage. No work life balance as you need to work on shift and weekend or public holidays. Leave need to be applied a month earlier. High KPI. Salary is average and only benefit is medical card even then you need to pay a certain amount for each doctor visit. Turnover is high. Company not bothered to retain employees. Definitely will never recommend working here.

    Consider before joining the company
The good thingsGood colleagues that's about it
The challengesBad Management. Been WFH yet they will still micromanage. It's all about achieving KPI. Not much benefits except medical card provided but still it's not fully claimable as you need to pay a certain amount whenever you visit the doc. Need to work on weekends and public holidays. Low salary for the work and stress that you go through
