    Poor Management Team
    The good thingsWe have 'wellness' sessions on a weekly session. Free lunch for our project. The work-life balance do exist.
    The challengesThe hierarchy ladder is very high. And The pyramid is very wide. Hence, you'll find a lot of micromanagement and a simple instruction or update takes a very long time to be delivered to the lower levels. Everything seems to be last minute.
