    Overall, recommended for fresh graduate to apply. But not for long term carrier development.
    The good things- Strong emphasis on self-learning and independent skill development. - Gaining in-depth knowledge of electrical components and their design intent.
    The challenges- Stressful working environment with poor communication style. - Lack of a proper onboarding process and unclear job scope. - Limited employee benefits (only basic medical coverage (RM300 per year); other benefits follow minimum Labor Act requirements). - High turnover among technical staff, affecting continuity of support.
