There are opportunities for career progression. The company has been growing throughout the years and it has now become a leader in the cable accessories business. Work environment is very good too. This is a progressive company and I would recommend my friends to work here.
    The challengesThe management can be tough on employees that cannot work as a team. They believe in hiring the right people and those that has negative attitude are usually ask to leave, after they have been given multiple counselling and chance to improve. Office politics is minimal.
