Cradle Fund Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned company by the Ministry of Finance, Malaysia (MOF) that manages the Cradle Investment Programme. The Cradle Investment Programme (CIP) is Malaysia’s first development and technology commercialisation funding programme that enables Malaysia’s budding innovators and aspiring entrepreneurs to transform their raw technology-based ideas in the ICT, non-ICT and high growth technology industries into commercially viable ventures, or local start-up companies to attain commercialisation. What’s it like working at Cradle Fund?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at Cradle Fund enjoy a positive working environment that promotes work-life balance and empowerment. They appreciate the opportunity to meet entrepreneurs from diverse backgrounds and help bring their ideas and products to market, as well as the chance to learn new things and gain valuable experience. The company has a friendly ecosystem that allows for good relationships with internal parties and entrepreneurs, and a flat hierarchy where achievement is valued more than position.

However, some potential challenges include the need to keep up with new technologies and investment news, understanding each entrepreneur's unique problems and abilities, handling last-minute tasks, adapting to changes in management or processes, limited opportunities for career advancement, and concerns about salaries being below market rate.
