    Less than 1 year in the role, former employee
    Management Issue with planning
    The good thingsFlexibilility given by my manager but overall the management has issue in handling the staff ie. Lack of manpower leads to employee overwhelm and left. Wasnt able to hire the right candidate due to ways of budgeting the HC is inefficient.
    The challengesInability to lead and give direction clearly by top management > leading to managers exhausted and downline exhausted.
