    The good thingsI really enjoyed the exposure to the E-commerce logistics ecosystem. Managing reconciliations and financial data for a platform with so many daily transactions was a great challenge for my technical skills. The environment is energetic, and the team is generally young and helpful, which made the daily grind much more manageable.
    The challengesThe workload can become extremely heavy during before CNY or Year ebd, which requires a lot of overtime to ensure the accounts are balanced and payments are processed. I also feel that the work-life balance could be improved for staff who are also pursuing further studies, as the fast-paced nature makes it difficult to switch off after office hours.
