    A good place to learn and work
    The good thingsGood communication and very cooperative team members who support all the departments. The work stress is average according to the project timeline. Very understanding management on the welfare of the employees. Fair increment and annual bonus.
    The challengesThere will be night work and Sunday work when the project is at its peak which might affect your work-life balance. Self-growth training is organized a few times annually when an employee might get a chance once in two years depending on the project team size.

    The good thingsIt's a medium scale of construction company, it has plenty of potential to become one of largest construction & property development companies. It's a good place to enhance the career with growing with the company. The management has intention to keep improving the company's skills and images by adopting latest trend and technologies. Working environment is good with less politics and work-life balance.
    The challengesTo keep up the latest trend and usage of latest technology is a big challenge to the company in order to be more competitive among competitors. Staffs also need to keep improving their knowledge and skills to stay on par or better than strong competitors in order to win more contracts. To create a great teamwork also a challenge to any companies, leader shall play the main role to create such effective and harmony teamwork among staffs.

    The challengesCan't claim any overtime. All the medical must use own money first and claim to office. But the claim will receive after 2 or 3 month.

    The good thingsThe culture and people are great! Plus good learning opportunity on project coordination and management. Expose to building construction industries. Challenging and stimulate more input to work. Consist of annual dinner, increment, parking, insurance, dental and medical claims. Ambient variety of good food to choose when on lunch break.
    The challengesSolve technical and human resource issue. Learn project management, document control, time management. Attending site meeting, site walk and site coordination. Review and writes weekly report on site progress plus constantly report to supervisor on daily activities. Planning authority submission and ensure project are ongoing.
