A good place to learn and work
The good thingsGood communication and very cooperative team members who support all the departments. The work stress is average according to the project timeline. Very understanding management on the welfare of the employees. Fair increment and annual bonus.
The challengesThere will be night work and Sunday work when the project is at its peak which might affect your work-life balance. Self-growth training is organized a few times annually when an employee might get a chance once in two years depending on the project team size.

Need to multi-task. Those tasks that are not related to your job scope will become yours once you get involved.
The good thingsGood exposure and can learn new skills. Train to be independent as sometimes no one will back you up.
The challengesTeam work is just a slogan. Staff's benefits not really attractive.
