    The good thingsSmall company with a strong bond between staff and manager. Manager's encouraging staff to start a first step in handling any job task without waiting for manager's approval. Stable payout on incentive and bonus for payroll team. For recruitment team, commission and other benefits given based on achievement on sales target.
    The challengesChallenges on fulfill client needs. Which is client's are from many nature of business so their process of works also different. As a outsourcing company, we have to understand and adapt with each of our client requirement and request to maintain our business with client.
