    Good bosses
    The good thingsThe management gives a free hand to run daily job routines. Every staff can voice their concerns to management. It is a good working environment.
    The challengesIt may not be a place for a fresh graduate to join given there are some processes done conventionally. It is good for those with working experience where they can do the same job better in terms of speed and result.
