    Great Learning Ground, But Leadership Missteps Hurt Long-Term Potential
    The good thingsCTOS rewards high performers and those who put in the hard work. I personally benefited a lot, especially during the IPO phase, which was a career highlight. The company has a solid business model and a strong economic moat.
    The challengesCTOS once had strong fundamentals, but the strategic decision to bring in many top executives from overseas—who looked impressive on paper but lacked operational depth—marked a turning point. Many of them are good talkers, but not hands-on.
