    Great Learning Ground, But Leadership Missteps Hurt Long-Term Potential
    The good thingsCTOS rewards high performers and those who put in the hard work. I personally benefited a lot, especially during the IPO phase, which was a career highlight. The company has a solid business model and a strong economic moat.
    The challengesCTOS once had strong fundamentals, but the strategic decision to bring in many top executives from overseas—who looked impressive on paper but lacked operational depth—marked a turning point. Many of them are good talkers, but not hands-on.

    The good thingsTime Flexible Can either work from home or office Sales Manager provide training and guidance.
    The challengesBasic Salary is low. In order to survive you need to achieve monthly target. Need short and long distance travel and no petrol allowance is given. Sound easy but not easy because many clients already have the system.

    In equal parts, challenging, refreshing, interesting and enlightening!
    The good thingsLove love love the working environment here. The colleagues are friendly and very helpful. The fact that I'm just a part timer who is still studying did not made them treat me any differently from the others. I was called to be involved in meetings with the clients, joined them in events at hotels and even joined all the lunch with the bosses and managers. Note that I was only working here for 2 months but the experience I gained from here is unforgettable and rewarding.
    The challengesMy scope of work mainly requires me to use Microsoft Excel and I'm not exactly mastering but they do help me everything I have problems.

    Learning to become master in management skills
    The good thingsI really enjoy working there because of the working environment so calm and professional. I doesn't have any pressure working there because it really suit with my qualification and skills that i have. My employer also really professional as she distribute the task fairly to us.
    The challengesNot much, but in my opinion i can say that they need to improve in regarding the task given. Sometimes there are some staff doing the same staff that can make they waste their time on doing the same task.

    The challengesYou need to compete among your colleague in order to survive, You may need to adapt the changes of company policy from time to time, e.g. commission pull back if client failed to make payment. You need new account comes in every month, commission for each account last for only 12 months. You will be stressful if 1 month not well perform Basic salary is low, will be challenge for new join.
